STUDENT RECORDS

Use these Student Record Links regularly to ensure all Applicants and Enrolled Student records are complete and accurate. This is a shared responsibility between GLOW College and the Affiliate School.

Students that complete the Enrollment Contract and provide all information as required to GLOW College are considered Applicants.

Applicants will receive an Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions from GLOW College within 3 business days of applying. Students that complete the payment are required to provide the Affiliate with the receipts in order for the Affiliate to complete the Enrollment Alert attaching the receipt.

These Shared Records are to be maintained by GLOW College with viewing access for the Affiliate. Minimum Weekly updates.

ENROLLMENT STEPS AND LEARNING PROGRESS

The following Steps have been designed to ensure a seamless Enrollment experience for the Student, as well as to ensure an organized approach to maintaining Student Records and Affiliate payouts. Please ensure to follow this enrollment sequence for each and every Student without compromise.

Using the Link below, guide the Student to complete the following Enrollment Steps:

  • Choose and Complete the Enrollment Contract according to their Program.
  • Complete all Enrollment Fields, attach signed Contract, attach Photo ID and any required pre-requisites.
  • Once the Enrollment Form is submitted, the Student will receive an Acceptance Letter & Invoice from GLOW College with a copy to your School.
  • Instruct the Student to complete the Wire Transfer to GLOW College.
  • Instruct the Student to provide the receipt to your School within 3 days of making the payment.
  • Use the receipt to complete the Registration Alert within 3 days.

STUDENT ENROLLMENT LINK

Use the Link below to complete the Registration Alert for each Student, attaching proof of payment receipt.

This step completes the Enrollment process.

 REGISTRATION ALERT LINK

Using the Link below, submit a Mid-Point Report for each Student that completes approximately 50% of their course.

This provides GLOW College with the necessary update on the Student as well as initiates the Affiliate’s Mid-Point Payment for the related Student.

MID-POINT REPORT LINK

Using the Link below, complete a Commencement Report for each Student that successfully completes 100% of their course.

This step initiates both the Certificate process as well as the final payment to the Affiliate for the related Student.
